I am new to drinking gin but really enjoy spirit forward cocktails and this is a delicious and strong gin! I highly recommend!

I have been fortunate to receive your excellent Conniption 57% gin as presents from my family in NC. Usually I drink a gin martini, but have invented a new drink due to the pandemic and my concerns for the ravages of scurvy—that constant threat.
Juice of one navel orange
Juice of one Meyer lemon
1 tsp castor sugar
2 oz of Conniption
Shake and strain.

Not just good, or even excellent -- This gin is sublime!

I've been drinking gin for 25 years, and have tasted more gins than I can count from all over the world. Conniption Navy Strength is one of the two best gins I've ever tasted, and the best available in the United States.
The flavor profile is perfect; truly, it doesn't get any better than this
And the smoothness, it's smooth for any gin. To be this smooth at 57% ABV is insane!
While it is smooth enough to enjoy without any dilution or mixing -- and I've enjoyed many small pours neat -- it truly shines in cocktails. I'm a huge fan of the Negroni, and a Negroni made with Conniption is a whole new level of amazing, that you simply have to taste to believe. (My Negroni is 2 oz Conniption, 1.5 oz Campari, and 1.5 oz Antica Formula Carpano sweet vermouth, stirred with ice and strained into a cocktail glass, garnished with a sliver of orange rind twisted to express the essence.)
Sadly, I can't buy this gin in Virginia, but I will certainly pick up a few more bottles the next time I'm in North Carolina!
